Brow Queen LA is by appointment ONLY.
We charge a deposit when booking new appointments. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
A patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours in advance.
Please use this map HERE and prepare yourself for traffic. Sometimes things happen and we understand that, please prepare to arrive 10 minutes early. We have a strict policy on late arrivals in respect for everyone else’s time. If you are over 10 minutes late you will be considered a no show and your deposit shall be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:
A 72 hour notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours’ notice.
APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY:
Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment. However, if for any reason, at the time of your appointment, your procedure does not follow through, you will be charged the price of a consultation appointment.
We kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, (not emotional support dogs) however they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them on the property.
A deposit will be charged to the credit card you provided to Stripe immediately upon booking your online appointment. The reason a deposit is charged is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. Your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
Complementary touch up sessions are included with your initial procedure. This session must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your initial procedure. An additional charge will incur if the touch up session is booked after 8 weeks following your initial procedure. Complimentary touch ups are not mandatory and they are not necessary for every client. However, we do offer a touch up to every customer.
Healing can be unpredictable. If additional touch-up appointments are needed fees will apply.
FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please call our clinic directly at 213 840 7418.
Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment. This appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up as the complimentary touch up is only included within 8 weeks of your first procedure.
We always recommend to book an appointment in advance with our online calendar. However, we do have a waitlist available to serve the need for clients who want an earlier appointment time than they already reserved. When an appointment time opens up, we will contact from top to bottom of the list and the first to confirm will be booked. Please call us if you would like to be added to the waitlist and please keep in mind that availability is not guaranteed.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. Please email us clear photos of your existing brow tattoos for approval([email protected]). Please give us 1-3 business days to respond after sending your photos. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.
Gratuities are welcomed.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. No guarantees can be made as healed results will vary with each client. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Many factors can result in a less than desired outcome despite our best efforts to provide you with quality service. The reason for this is each client heals differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
